Big News: Titan Flight Europe Secures Tilburg’s Startup Kickstart Gran

We have some incredibly exciting news to share! Titan Flight Europe (Titan Batteries) has officially been awarded the Startup Kickstart Grant from the Municipality of Tilburg. This financial support and recognition marks another giant leap forward for us as we scale up our operations and establish Tilburg as the heartbeat of European high-end drone battery production.

First and foremost, we want to express our deepest gratitude to the Municipality of Tilburg and the team at Midpoint Brabant.
Launching a cutting-edge hardware manufacturing facility is no small feat. From initially setting up our European distribution in Riel to securing our incredible new 1,000-square-meter assembly and testing facility at the Energy Conversion Campus (on the Bosch location) in Tilburg, the support from this region has been nothing short of amazing.
Special thanks go to our business coach, Christian van Hulten, and the rest of the Midpoint Brabant team. Their guidance, local connections, and relentless support have helped us navigate the local ecosystem, explore funding options alongside the Brabant Development Agency (BOM), and fast-track our transition from a bold idea to a fully operational factory.

What This Kickstart Means for Titan Flight
The Tilburg Startup Kickstart program is designed specifically to help innovative startups validate their concepts, lower financial barriers, and prepare for rapid scale-up.
For Titan Flight, this grant directly fuels our momentum. As demand rapidly rises across Europe for high-performance, locally produced drone batteries (especially within civil and defense markets), this support helps us:

• Accelerate our prototyping and customization services for European partners.
  
• Refine and validate our proprietary Battery Management System (BMS), which ensures our cylindrical and pouch-cell batteries perform with unmatched reliability and flight times.
  
• Solidify our supply chains as we transition toward a fully localized, resilient European network.
  

From Idea to Production Heart of Europe
It’s hard to believe that in late 2025, our European production facility was just an ambitious plan on paper. By May 2026, we received the keys to our Bosch campus facility, and by the end of June, our very first prototypes rolled off the assembly line.
Our ultimate goal is to scale up to producing 10,000 top-tier batteries per month by the end of this year. Receiving the Kickstart voucher is a powerful validation of our vision and a massive boost to our daily operations.
