First major UAV Battery supplier to achieve multi-continental production, strengthening the European Value Chain and shortening delivery for enterprise and defense partners.
TILBURG, THE NETHERLANDS — MAY 2nd, 2026 — Titan Batteries, a global leader inhigh-end Lithium-ion technology for Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) and professional drone applications, is proud to announce the official opening of its flagship European production facility. Located in Tilburg, the Netherlands, the new facility is strategically situated at the Energy Conversion Campus on the premises of Bosch. This landmark expansion establishes Titan as the first major battery supplier in the UAV industry to operate full-scale production facilities on multiple continents, creating a truly global manufacturing footprint. A great announcement today on International Drone Day!
The move to Tilburg represents a pivotal shift in the drone industry’s supply chain dynamics. By localizing production at one of Europe’s premier energy innovation hubs, Titan is delivering on its promise of a robust European Value Chain. This facility will provide European partners with direct access to Titan’s proprietary technology, drastically reducing lead times and eliminating the logistical complexities associated with trans- Atlantic shipping. The result is a more responsive, reliable, and "ITAR-friendly" supply chain for critical infrastructure, commercial mapping, and defense operations across the Continent.

A Strategic Alliance for Energy Innovation
The selection of the Energy Conversion Campus was a deliberate move to align Titan with the highest standards of European engineering. By integrating into the Campus, Titan gains access to a world-class environment dedicated to power electronics and energy conversion brought together on the premises of Bosch. This synergy will allow the company to rapidly scale its production of high-density Lithium-ion packs while maintaining the Trusted Titan Quality that has made the brand a staple in the US market.
“Opening our EU production facility in Tilburg is a monumental step for Titan and our global partners,” said Trent Clawson, Owner of Titan Power. “We are not just opening a warehouse; we are launching a full-scale production center that mirrors our US operations. Our goal is to work more closely with European partners to develop the next generation of flight power, tailored specifically to the unique needs and regulatory landscape of the EU Market.”
“We take immense pride in being the first major battery supplier in the UAV sector to have multi-continental production. This isn't just about growth; it's about providing our customers with the security of a localized supply chain and the speed they need to keep their fleets in the air.” said William Jolley, CCO of Titan Power.
Empowering the European UAV Market
For years, the European drone market has relied on long-distance imports for high performance power solutions. Titan’s Tilburg facility changes that narrative. By producing batteries locally, Titan ensures that European UAV manufacturers and operators can benefit from "Quick Delivery" of batteries that offer up to double the energy density of traditional packs. This localization is essential for the "European Value Chain," keeping high-tech manufacturing and expertise within the EU borders.
The facility will focus on assembling Titan’s signature high-capacity packs, including those utilizing advanced silicon-anode technology for Tier-1 enterprise clients. Furthermore, the Tilburg site will serve as a hub for rapid prototyping and innovation, allowing European manufacturers to receive custom-designed power solutions in record time—a service previously only available through Titan’s US headquarters.
“After eight years of dedication to Titan Power, I am incredibly proud to take this step and launch our European production in Tilburg, The Netherlands,” said Ronald Meeuwissen, Managing Director of Titan Power NL. “Our roadmap for 2026 is ambitious; we are focusing on a rapid scale-up driven by advanced automation and a dedicated in-house engineering team. By fostering close collaborations with local EU partners and prioritizing in-house innovations, we are ensuring that Titan remains the go to standard for UAV endurance across Europe.”
A Global Step Forward
This expansion is a significant leap for both EU and USA partners. By having production capabilities on both sides of the Atlantic, Titan provides an unprecedented level of redundancy and supply chain security. If global logistics are disrupted, Titan can continue to serve its customers from either Idaho, USA, or Tilburg, Netherlands. This "multi-continental" approach is a first for the industry and sets a new benchmark for how battery suppliers support the global aerospace sector.
